We had a wonderful stay during a chaotic situation. Because of an issue at a different Airbnb, we had to scramble last minute to find new accommodations close by. Reza and hosts were very communicative and accommodating while we were stressing! Check in was super easy, space was lovely and the perfect clean walkable mission beach spot for two stressed out people!

Absolutely perfect place to stay for a few days at the beach. It’s perfectly situated to everything nearby. You don’t need a car because everything is in walking distance. The condo is exactly like the photos and is really nice. The only thing to mention is since there is no air conditioning, you do need to sleep with the windows open and it’s pretty loud until the bars close and it’s loud in the morning with all the trash trucks, etc.

This place was less than a 2 minute walk from the beach and the bay!! Amazing location. Nice cozy apt. Little shops/ restaurants were all over. The host was very explanatory and left no room for questioning. Belmont park is also a huge pull factor to the area. A very pleasant experience…

This place in the perfect location, few minute walk to Belmont Park, stores, and restaurants. The space was perfect for our little family to stay while we visited the zoo and the beach. I would recommend for a stay right in the heart of mission beach. Thanks for hosting us!

The place was so much bigger than we thought! Very spacious & comfortable. The location is great about a 5 minute drive from the fine restaurants and walkable to the beach. Host was super responsive and let us check in early since we were down the street. Only comment is on street parking we had to keep circling around until we could find an open spot that wasn’t too far. Would definitely stay again.

Great place, close to it all and all with a fabulous host. Jakrun is on point 👉 Highly recommend if you want to hear the ocean and walk to coffee. Thank you so much for welcoming us!

It is a cozy, quiet home in the middle of a chaotic pb night scene. we grabbed pizza for dinner, walked back and watched the sunset on the ocean from the patio. My partner has super sonic hearing and he wasnt bothered at all, yall! This was a PB bar crowd weekend, so that is a great unit!! it is QUIET. It is the perfect location-- top floor, corner, a block from the pier, facing the ocean AND not across from a single bar, but still in the middle of the action. comfy spot. appreciate it
